Data collected
The pursuit service records the driver name and identifier supplied by the game server, plus gameplay statistics such as tickets, busts, escapes, strikes, scores and achievement timestamps. Standard web-server logs may record an IP address, browser type and request time.
How information is used
Gameplay data is used to operate the pursuit system, prevent duplicate awards, maintain fair rankings, diagnose faults and display the public leaderboard. It is not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Storage and retention
Leaderboard records are retained while needed to operate rankings or resolve abuse and technical issues. Operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably required for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices and contact
You may request correction or removal of leaderboard information where applicable through 4mgarage.com. Removing records can also remove associated rankings and statistics.
